- 3-5+ years experience in eCommerce email marketing
- 3+ years experience in Klaviyo and/or Active Campaign
- 3+ years experience in integrating email campaigns and email funnels with an overall digital marketing strategy
This person would be responsible for:
- Owning all of SMC’s email marketing
- Running all lists for the company (for Julien, Jeff, Owen, and the overall company)
- Keeping all lists clean, properly tagged and segmented
- Building, testing, and iterating on all email automations (for Julien, Jeff, Owen, and the overall company)
- Making sure all lists and emails are compliant and follow best practices and have high deliverability
- Owning all weekly broadcast emails from all lists
- Owning all email KPIs
- Work with dev to integrate eComm email KPIs (like LTVs) with the overall SMC eComm back-end
- Making sure that SMC gets maximum revenue from each list, while at the same time keeping the list nurtured and high-quality
